What I am doing over winter break
I'm going to, most likely, play Xbox for a long period of time. I will also go to my friend's houses a lot and I will probably hit up a few "Christmas" parties. That is just my initial plan I don't really know what I am going to do. I'll make it up as I go along... Most likely I will hang out with my family they are all recovering from surgeries and I'll tend to them and I will watch movies with them. And I'm going to go Christmas shopping and get my friends some presents and get my family a couple presents. IM PUMPED FOR CHRISTMAS.

Poetry out Loud
1.
A SHROPSHIRE LAD II: LOVELIEST OF TREES, THE CHERRY NOW
SATURDAY’S CHILD
DELIBERATE
FIRE AND ICE
GITANJALI 35
2.
Satudays Child
I didn't like Fire and Ice I thought it was weird, and it didn't make sense.
Probably Fire and Ice because I didn't understand it and I would like to.
I connect with this poem because I enjoy those who favor fire.
3.
I think the easiest for me will be voice and articulation because I naturally have a loud voice and I am really good at saying things with proper inflection. I would also be good with physical presentation.
I would have trouble with level of difficulty because I have trouble remembering things. I would also have trouble with overall performance because knowing me I would screw up somewhere and I would get docked points.

Essay Writing
One assignment that I truly have learned from was one Mr.Salme gave me Freshman year. He gave the class a packet taught us how to write 5 part paragraphs. The packet broke up the paragraph and told us what to write in each of the five sections. Each section was also accompanied by examples. This assignment really set me up for writing essays throughout my entire high school career.
As a writer I don't think I am that good. I have always had trouble writing papers and short stories. It was never the actually writing portion I have just always had trouble bringing my ideas together clearly in a way that I could put them on paper. In order to be able to be a decent writer you need to be able to formulate your ideas into clear ideas that you can write about. You should also re read your papers for errors and you should write drafts. Another process that can aid in your writing is reading your papers out loud. Often times when reading papers out loud you can catch grammar errors.

Scopes trial vs, Witch Trial
John Scopes was a biology teacher in Tennessee and one day he decided he would teach evolution to his students. Well at that time according to the Butler act teaching evolution in the classroom was illegal. Scopes was then arrested and put to trial. William Bryan came to prosecute John, while Clarence Darrow came in John's defense. These were some big shot lawyers and it brought a lot of attention to the small town of Dayton.
This is similar to the Salem Witch Trials. A small happening which there was evidence to prove blasphemy blew out of proportion.

The Crucible
My friend Brandon and I when we were really young would go and have fun. We would play outside, play with his toys, play nintendo 64, the usual stuff that 5 year olds did. Well every once in a while we would do something bad. Like break a window, and stuff like that. Well even if it wasn't my fault I would get blamed. He would always blame me every single time. Eventually his parents saw him throw a toy against his wall and blame me. So they did figure it out, but it wasn't until after I had been punished so many times. This reminds me of the way Abigail is falsely accusing everyone of being witches.

To be an American
What do you think it means to be an American? What do we, as a people, have in common? What are our common goals and dreams? What stereotypes about Americans exist and to what extent are they true? What are positive viewpoints on Americans? Why is it great to be an American?
To me being an American means that I am free and just. That I contribute to those who aren't as fortunate as I.
As a people we all have have the fear of rejection and the need of acceptance.
Our common goals and dreams are to live a financially sound life and support our families.
One widely known stereotype is that we are all fat. Well that is true to an extent. We have the highest population of obese and fat people in the world, but fat doesn't represent the majority.
Some positive viewpoints are that we are good workers.
It is great to be American because we are free
